Leadership Team

Arthur Hulbert has over 20 years of leadership experience in a variety of environments. He received a bachelor in health science and a master's degree in physical therapy from the University of Central Arkansas and then he completed his doctorate in physical therapy from Rocky Mountain University in Provo, Utah. He has taught classes for the University of Oklahoma and Oklahoma State. In 2009, he became a published author in the peer reviewed medical journal, Current Orthopedic Practice.

Janet Hulbert, a graduate from the University of Central Arkansas, has more than 20 years of experience providing and managing therapy services. Her primary clinical expertise is in the area of pediatrics and children with special needs.
